The Spaniard, currently without a contract for the 2025 season after Ferrari signed Lewis Hamilton to partner Leclerc, showcased his prowess with a remarkable victory at Albert Park.

Addressing media inquiries about Sainz's value, Leclerc remarked: 'I think everybody knows Carlos' worth in the paddock. He's one of the highest-rated drivers ... he has showed it multiple times.'
Regarding Sainz's uncertain future, Leclerc expressed confidence, stating: 'I'm not too worried about his future ... I'm sure that many team principals are speaking with him. I'm sure he will have many opportunities.'
