The Cape Winelands District Municipalitys Fire Services says they are responding to three fires in the district.
Municipal spokesperson Jo-Anne Otto says the blazes are fuelled by strong winds and thick vegetation.
Otto says two private homes and a wooden structure have been destroyed in one of the fires.
