Operational updates shared by municipal authorities show that the Public Emergency Communication Centre PECC dispatched assistance to 1 322 incidents between Friday and Sunday, 2-4 January, marking a 28,5 decrease compared with the previous weekend.

The earlier period had recorded 1 850 call-outs, placing added pressure on frontline responders.
