Cape Town is in mourning following the sudden loss of Johnny Davids, a beloved radio presenter and musician, who passed away early Thursday morning due to a heart attack, Cape town Etc reports.
At just 49 years old, Davids was not only a prominent figure in South Africa's entertainment industry but also a cherished voice in his community.
Born in Narraville, Davids rose to fame after winning the popular singing competition Zing on kykNET in 2003 alongside fellow contestant Vivian Molauly.
