The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Institutional Relations MJDHRI has launched three major digital platforms, marking a key step toward modernizing justice in Burkina Faso. The initiative aims to make legal services more accessible and efficient for all citizens.
The launch ceremony took place under the high patronage of Prime Minister Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouedraogo, represented by the Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Administration and Mobility, Emile Zerbo. The event was presided over by Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Master Edasso Rodrigue Bayala, and co-chaired by the Minister of Digital Transition, Posts, and Electronic Communications, Dr. Aminata Zerbo/Sabane.
The platforms allow defendants to engage with legal proceedings anytime, reducing the need for physical trips and minimizing delays. They include justice-penale.gov.bf for filing and tracking complaints, e-permis-communiquer.gov.bf to request permission to visit detainees, and e-acte-rccm.gov.bf for obtaining RCCM derivative documents such as extracts and certificates of registration.
