The trial of four people accused of kidnapping and killing six-year-old Bontle Mashiyane is expected to start in the Mpumalanga division of the High Court in Mbombela on Monday.
The four were arrested after Mashiyanes mutilated body was found in bushes.
She had been reported missing in 2022.
