Black Leopards FC chairperson, David Thidiela, says he will take his grievances to the world football governing body, Fifa , if Minister of Sports Gayton Mckenzie and CAF fails to attend to them.
Thidiela has sent a damning report to the minister, requesting intervention in the governance of the Premier Soccer League.
The report is on the alleged abuse of power by top officials in the league.
