BitcoinOS BOS has raised 10 million to expand its suite of institutional Bitcoin finance tools and developer protocols. The round was led by Greenfield Capital, with participation from FalconX, DNA Fund, Bitcoin Frontier Fund, and angel investors including Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley and Spartan Groups Leeor Groen.
BOS describes itself as a zero-knowledge-powered operating system for Bitcoin, built to extend the networks functionality beyond its original design. The platform enables smart contracts, programmable tokens, scalable rollups, and trustless cross-chain bridges. It does all this without changing Bitcoins core protocol.
The funding will help the company scale its institutional and developer ecosystem. According to BOS, its mission is to make Bitcoin a secure foundation layer for digital economies.
