Berkane Simba Advance To Caf Confederation Cup Final

RS Berkane and Simba SC booked their places in the 2024/25 CAF Confederation Cup final following Sundays semi-final action.
Berkane succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to CS Constantine as Abdennour Belhocinis 47th-minute goal earned the Algerian side the win at the Chahid Hamlaoui Stadium in Algeria.
However, it was the Moroccan champions Berkane, who progressed to the final after winning the tie 4-1 on aggregate, as they reached the Confederation Cup final for the fifth time.
Meanwhile, Simba managed to hold Stellenbosch FC to a 0-0 draw in a match the South African side had to win at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
As a result, Simba advanced to the final after winning the tightly contested tie 1-0 on aggregate and the Tanzanian giants reached a continental final for the first time since 1993 when they featured in the CAF Cup final.
