Big Brother Naija housemate Sultana appeared to have twisted one of her ankles during a heated altercation with fellow housemate, Faith, on Thursday morning.
The duo were in the same group for a skincare task but disagreed during their rehearsal, with Sultana accusing Faith of being controlling.
She told Faith, a medical doctor, to stop trying to control everything, reminding him that the task at hand wasnt his field.
