Outgoing National Prosecuting Authority NPA boss, Advocate Shamila Batohi, is expected to return to the Nkabinde Inquiry on Monday for the continuation of her cross-examination .
The inquiry led by retired judge Bess Nkabinde is looking into suspended South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Andrew Chaukes fitness to hold office.
Batohi has accused Chauke of making misguided prosecutorial decisions related to high profile cases including those of the Cato Manor death squad and former Crime Intelligence boss Richard Mdluli.
