National Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Shamila Batohi, will continue her evidence at the Nkabinde Inquiry in Pretoria on Friday morning.
On Thursday, Batohi told the inquiry that the National Prosecuting Authority NPA faces undue influence from various sources, making prosecutions increasingly difficult .
The inquiry is probing the fitness of suspended South Gauteng Director Andrew Chauke to hold office.
