Barcelona defender Andreas Christensen is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after being diagnosed with a knee ligament injury that is expected to keep him out for several months.
La Liga leaders Barcelona confirmed on Sunday that the Denmark international had suffered a partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
The club said the injury occurred following an unfortunate twist during Saturday's training session.
