With one eye on the Africa Cup of Nations AFCON tournament and another on the future, Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos named his 25-player squad for the continental tournament in Morocco later this month.
The squad is a blend of youth and experience.
Two of the brightest young emerging stars, Queens Park Rangers Tylon Smith, and Shandre Campbell, who plays for Club Brugge in Belgium, have both been included.
