Atalanta and AC Milan played out a gritty 1-1 draw at the Gewiss Stadium on Tuesday night, October 28, 2025. The result wasn't surprising, as Softfootball predicted a 1-1 draw in the pre-game reports, and the match had its moments, some flashes of brilliance, but also long stretches where both sides just couldn't finish what they started.
Milan drew first blood early. In the 6th minute, Samuele Ricci let one fly from a distance, and with a bit of luck, it took a heavy touch off ederson that completely wrong-footed Marco Carnesecchi. It wasn't the prettiest goal, but Milan would take it all day, as they even posted a video of the celebratory scenes after that banger goal on their official X account.
