The second man accused of pulling the trigger in the assassination of Warrick DJ Warras Stock has abandoned his bail application at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court.
Twenty-five-year-old Mozambican national Armindo Joaquim Pacula s case has been postponed to Wednesday where he will appear with his other co-accused Victor Majola.
Pacula faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, murder, and contravening the Immigration Act.
