The African National Congress ANC Peter Mokaba region in Limpopo has elected its top five leaders.
This is despite some delegates at the elective conference in Polokwane walking out, citing intimidation.
They are reported to be supporters of the slate of ANC Womens League ANCWL Chairperson and Capricorn District Executive Mayor, Mamedupi Teffo.
Polokwane Municipal Mayor John Mpes slate was elected uncontested. Mpe will serve a third term as chairperson.
Some delegates, who walked out, have vowed to contest the legitimacy of the conference.
