African National Congress ANC veteran Omry Makgoale has backed the partys President Cyril Ramaphosas comments that municipalities led by the Democratic Alliance DA are better managed than those under the ANC.
Ramaphosa unveiled the partys Service Delivery Action Plan ahead of next years municipal elections. The six-pillar plan aims to address widespread service delivery challenges in local government.
Makgoale says Ramaphosas sentiments indicate that he wants improved governance across the country.
