New Real Madrid manager, Xabi Alonso has said that the Los Blancos will make a decision on which player will be the teams penalty taker under his tenure.
Alonso replaced Carlo Ancelotti as Real Madrids new manager some weeks ago.
Ancelotti had left Real Madrid to take over the coach job of the national football team of Brazil.
Under Ancelotti, Kylian Mbappe was made Real Madrids new penalty taker after Vinicius wasted some penalties last season.
However, speaking at his pre-match interview ahead of Real Madrids FIFA Club World Cup tie with Pachuca on Sunday night, Alonso insisted that he will make a final decision on Real Madrids new penalty taker before the 2025/26 season starts.
