The trial of alleged gang boss Nafiz Modack and 14 others will resume in the Cape Town High Court on Monday morning.
Modack is under cross-examination for allegedly instructing co-accused Zane Killian to ping the phones of Anti-Gang Unit detective Charl Kinnear and alleged gang rival Jerome Donkie Booysen.
The court has heard evidence from State Advocate Greg Wolmarans in the case that Calvin Rafadi, whose name has been mentioned at the Madlanga Commission, had pinged the phone of well-known Cape Town criminal lawyer William Booth.
