Algeria Telecom has signed a framework partnership agreement with the Directorate of Youth and Sports DJS of Setif, aimed at expanding access to the country's first Skills Center and equipping young people with advanced digital skills.

The agreement, signed on September 27, 2025, builds on the government's national digital transformation strategy. The Skills Center, inaugurated earlier this year by Minister of Post and Telecommunications Sid Ali Zerrouki, serves as a hub for innovation and youth empowerment.

The initiative is designed to prepare young Algerians for the jobs of the future by offering free training in artificial intelligence AI, Internet of Things IoT, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. Participants will also have access to collaborative spaces and a dedicated AI laboratory to help them develop innovative projects.
