Manchester City head coach, Pep Guardiola has criticized his players after their 4-3 defeat to Al Hilal in the Club World Cup Round of 16 encounter at the Camping World Stadium.
The Spaniard insisted that his players were open when Al Hilal launched a counter-attack, adding that the Saudi Super Lig club have quick players.
Recall that Bernardo Silva, Erling Haaland, Marcos Leonardo and Malcom all scored as the game ended in a 2-2 draw after 90 minutes.
In the extra time, Kalidou Koulibaly and Leonardo scored to give Simone Inzaghis side the victory as Phil Fodens goal was not enough for City.
Speaking at his post-match interview, Guardiola said: We were so open.
