Senior state prosecutor Lawrence Gcaba has maintained that the alleged mastermind in the murder of rapper Kiernan AKA" Forbes, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, has failed to show that the distribution of money paid into his bank account was legitimate. Mziwethemba Gwabeni, 36, brothers Lindani Ndimande, 35, Lindokuhle Ndimande, 29, Siyanda Myeza, 21, and Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, 30, are five men arrested for the deaths of Kiernan AKA Forbes and Tebello Tibz Motsoane in Durban in February last year.
