Uganda goalkeeper, Denis Onyango has insisted that Nigeria punished his team because they were desperate for goals.
Onyango was unable to save Uganda as Nigeria defeated them 3-1 in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, encounter on Tuesday.
Uganda had needed a win against Eric Chelles side to stand a chance of qualifying for the Round of 16 stage.
