Former Super Eagles captain Kanu Nwankwo has called on Nigerians to come out in full support of the Super Eagles ahead of their AFCON 2025 semi-final clash against Morocco .
Softfootball earlier gathered that Kanu had also urged Nigerians to support the Super Eagles during their round of 16 match against Mozambique, a game Nigeria won 4-0 to advance to the quarter-finals . The Super Eagles then defeated Algeria to book a place in the semi-final of the competition .
Speaking via his official X formerly Twitter handle , the former Arsenal striker, fondly known as Papilo , encouraged Nigerians to continue supporting, praying for, and believing in the team as they push for a place in the final.
