Ryan Alebiosu could be sidelined for up to one month after sustaining an injury in Nigerias 3-1 victory over the Cranes of Uganda on Tuesday.
Alebiosu, who made his maiden appearance for the Super Eagles in the game, sustained a deep cut on his right leg.
Despite picking up the injury in the first half, the defender managed to complete the game.
