Advocate Nyoko Muvangua, who is arguing for President Cyril Ramaphosa, has defended the establishment of the Madlanga Commission.
Muvangua says the contention by uMkhonto weSizwe Party MKP and former President Jacob Zuma stating that the Madlanga Commission is biased, is fundamentally problematic.
The Pretoria High Court sitting in the Palace of Justice is hearing arguments where the MKP and Zuma are challenging President Ramaphosas decision to establish the Madlanga Commission.
