National Director of Public Prosecutions Advocate Shamila Batohi is expected to wrap up her testimony on suspended South Gauteng prosecutions boss Advocate Andrew Chaukes decision not to prosecute the then Crime Intelligence head Richard Mdluli.
Batohi told the inquiry in Pretoria that Chaukes decisions drew the interest of advocacy group Freedom Under Law.
The group subsequently filed a number of applications seeking the review of Advocate Chaukes withdrawal of murder charges against Mdluli .
