Convicted murderer Rassie Nkune is today expected to appear for a pre-trial hearing in the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court sitting in Mbombela for the alleged kidnapping and killing of Hillary Gardee .
Gardee, the daughter of Economic Freedom Fighters Deputy President Godrich Gardee, was murdered in 2022.
Her body was found in a plantation just outside Mbombela a few days after being reported missing.
