In recent months, Chukwuezes future has been in the balance as AC Milan look set to move him on as he is now considered surplus to requirements. The Super Eagles star has been relegated to being a regular bench warmer since coach Sergio Conceicao took over at the club.
Chukwueze has been linked with clubs in England, Spain, and Saudi Arabia. And Fulham are known to be one of his admirers. They even almost signed him during the January winter transfer window.

The 26-year-old Frenchman has contributed 17 goals and six assists in 30 Serie B games for Sassuolo. His performances have been key in the clubs promotion to the Serie A this season.
