Three people have died in a head on collision on the N3 between Warden and Villiers, in the Free State.
Emergency Medical Services EMS acting spokesperson, Sidney Dywili says the road is open while work to clear the wreckage is under way.
Dywili has also called on motorists to take extra caution while driving due to heavy mist around Van Reenens Pass.
