South Africa have suffered a major setback ahead of Friday's Group C 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier with Zimbabwe, after key player Relebohile Mofokeng was ruled out due to injury.
Head coach, Hugo Broos, revealed this during his Mondays press conference.
Broos has now called up midfielder Mduduzi Shabalala to replace Mofokeng.
