The Force-N Senegal program, implemented in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and the Universite Numerique Cheikh Hamidou Kane UN-CHK, has completed the first phase of its large-scale training initiative dedicated to delivery drivers and couriers in Senegal. The milestone marks a significant step in efforts to professionalize and digitally empower workers in the country's growing logistics and delivery sector.

Between September 23 and October 25, 2025, the program trained more than 1,200 delivery professionals across the Dakar region. Over the course of eight intensive sessions, participants received hands-on instruction designed to strengthen their professional and digital competencies. The training sessions were hosted in several Open Digital Spaces ENO of UN-CHK, including those in Mermoz, Guediawaye, Pikine, Keur Massar, and Sebikotane, providing accessible venues for participants from across the capital area.

The program focused on four key modules aimed at enhancing both technical and interpersonal skills. The first module covered professional image and customer relations, emphasizing soft skills and communication at the start of each delivery. The second module focused on road safety and prevention, helping participants adopt customer-centered and responsible driving behaviors. The third introduced participants to GPS, geolocation tools, and clear communication techniques, ensuring efficient route navigation and coordination. The final module addressed incident management, payment handling, and end-of-delivery customer relations, providing a holistic understanding of professional conduct and service completion.
