Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg has launched its limited edition Jacaranda Afternoon Tea celebrating the citys jacaranda bloom with a menu inspired by the seasons colours and textures.
Crafted by Pastry Chef Nathan Jacobs , the new afternoon tea blends traditional elements with contemporary touches.
Menu highlights include hazelnut and blackberry financier, black forest opera, citrus and blueberry tart, cassis and white chocolate vacherin and a selection of savoury items such as smoked salmon and guacamole sliders, chicken coronation tartlets and beef short rib amagwinya.
