The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand CAAT is partnering with private operators to introduce tourism seaplane routes to improve access to the nations island destinations.
According to Nation Thailand , the CAAT will launch the first test operations from the island of Koh Kradan in the Trang province.
Two licensed seaplane operators, Siam Seaplane and Thai Seaplane, will participate in the trials, which are set to begin this year.
