The trial of the murder of Sindiso Magaqa is expected to continue on Monday at the Pietermaritzburg High Court, KwaZulu-Natal.
Magaqa was a former African National Congress Youth League ANCYL secretary-general and uMzimkhulu councillor who died in hospital in 2017, months after gunmen opened fire on his car.
Former uMzimkhulu municipal manager, 55-year-old Zweliphansi Sikhosana , who was denied bail two weeks ago, will join co-accused Sbonelo Myeza and Mbulelo Mpofana in the dock.
