A woman has been killed and three others, including a toddler, injured in a single light motor vehicle collision on Table Mountain Road in Pietermaritzburg.
According to KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service, the driver lost control and veered off the roadway. The three-year-old is said to have sustained critical injuries.
Spokesperson Craig Botha says, Paramedics immediately began life-saving interventions on a 3-year-old patient who sustained serious injuries requiring urgent medical attention. Two adults at the scene suffered minor injuries and received appropriate medical care from emergency responders.
