Former Ekurhuleni Municipality employee relations head, Xolani Nciza has described how the Ekurhuleni Metro Police EMPD was weaponised against him after his suspension.
Nciza was suspended from the City of Ekurhuleni in September 2023 for his role in the disciplinary hearing of EMPD Deputy Chief Brigadier Julius Mkhwanazi.
Brigadier Mkhwanazi has been implicated in the unlawful fitting of blue lights on the vehicles of attempted murder accused, Vusimuzi Cat Matlala.
