Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi says it is concerning that some individuals would consider looting funds intended for essential health services, given the crisis that the healthcare sector is currently facing.
His remarks come after the Special Investigating Unit SIU released a report into corruption and maladministration at the Tembisa Hospital.
The SIU says about R2 billion has been lost to tender irregularities and fraud at Tembisa hospital.
