African National Congress ANC Chairperson Gwede Mantashe has made it clear that the partys members are free to make a choice between the ANC and its ally, the South African Communist Part SACP in next years elections.
He was speaking on the sidelines of the partys National General Council NGC in Boksburg on the East Rand.
Mantashe acknowledged the fact that ANC members often hold dual membership.
