Police Minister Senzo Mchunu is expected to face tough cross-examination from evidence leaders when he appears before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria on Tuesday afternoon.
Mchunu was placed on a leave of absence in July this year.
This followed KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazis allegation that Mchunu unlawfully disbanded the Political Killings Task Team PKTT.
