The Mpumalanga Division of the High Court in Mbombela has postponed the matter of the estate claims of the late former Deputy President David Mabuza to next week.
Mabuzas daughter, Tamara Silinda applied to the High Court to stop a retirement income solution company from paying out any portion of the fund to Mabuzas widow, Nonhlanhla Mnisi.
Silinda wants the declaration of Mnisi as the sole beneficiary of the deceaseds living annuity be stayed pending the finalization of part B of her application.
