The Activists and Citizens Forum is questioning the lack of arrests in the Tembisa Hospital corruption scandal, despite the Special Investigating Unit SIU identifying suspects and confiscating assets.
Over R2 billion has been allegedly stolen from the hospital, through corruption with syndicates working with corrupt officials to manipulate the tender system.
The Forum is calling on the Investigation Directorate Against Corruption IDAC to immediately arrest those implicated, including alleged kingpin Hangwani Maumela.
