Former Chelsea star Frank Leboeuf has declared that Manchester City and Chelsea remain in the race to challenge Arsenal for the Premier League title this season.
Leboeuf emphasised that the Gunners have dropped four points against Chelsea and Sunderland in previous encounters.
They Arsenal are still the big favourites for the title, but they will have to prove it, Leboeuf told ESPN.
