Former Manchester City defender, Micah Richards has insisted that Chelsea dont have enough to challenge Arsenal for the Premier League title this season.
Richards, however, believes Manchester City will be the team to challenge the Gunners until the end of the season.
On The Rest Is Football, Richards stated, I think Chelsea can challenge Arsenal, but I don't think they will have enough.
