The DA says it expects the Gauteng Department of Health to prosecute those involved in corruption at the Tembisa Hospital .
This as the Special Investigating Unit SIU releases its interim report into allegations of corruption, maladministration, and irregularities at the hospital.
In 2023, President Cyril Ramaphosa authorised the SIU to investigate allegations of corruption at the hospital following the murder of whistleblower and chief accounting officer at the provinces health department, Babita Deokaran, in 2021.
