The head of the National Prosecuting Authority NPA Advocate Shamila Batohi has refused to disclose the name of a suspended prosecutor who is alleged to be working with criminal syndicates.
Batohi is testifying before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Batohi has requested to divulge the name in camera.
